Join 3LC.tv for five stretching sessions designed to improve flexibility and strengthen key cycling muscle groups. These sessions are great for a warm up or warm down and are part of the 3LC Training Series starring professional cyclists Mark Cavendish and Peter Kennaugh.
Stretching is lead by local fitness Instructor Donna Whalley with musical accompaniment by Manx recording artist Steph Gomaa.
