Shipping and Order Processing
Once payment has cleared, your order will usually be shipped within one business day. Please make sure that your address is correct to avoid any delivery problems. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses. We're based in the Isle of Man, so UK and European orders will usually arrive within five business days. International orders may take up to 10 business days. However, depending on your location, the delivery could be quicker. All orders will be sent first class with Royal Mail. If your order has not arrived within the appropriate timeframe, please contact us and include your unique PayPal transaction ID. We will reply promptly and do our best to rectify any issues.
International Shipping, Duties and Taxes
For a limited time only, we're offering free shipping worldwide. You must be aware that international duties or taxes may be levied when you receive your items. This is out of our control and we cannot be responsible for these charges.
All of our DVDs have been pressed using the latest technology and are multi-regional, meaning they will work on any DVD player in any country. In the unlikely event you receive a DVD that you think is defective, please return the product to the address below within 30 days of the purchase date. We will exchange the DVD like for like. Please make sure to included your full name, address, PayPal transaction ID and detailed information on how the DVD is defective. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Any DVD can be exchanged for another DVD or a credit note if the DVD is returned unopened with its original shrink wrap intact within 30 days of the purchase date. Please return to the address on our contact page. Make sure to included your full name, address, PayaPal transaction ID and let us know if you would like us to exchange the DVD or issue you a credit note. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and an exchange or credit note will only be granted once we have received the returned product.
