Whether you’re training for the upcoming season, a weekend sportive or to improve overall fitness, 3LC Ladies Road Race is the perfect addition to your training regime. Join the Inter-Island Games Gold Medal winning team (Mary, Laura and Ali) and a crew of local lady Manx riders, as they power through a turbo session designed with female fitness in mind.
Intense training on the turbo can be difficult - so what we’re going to do is put you in the race in your own mind and make you believe you’re out there on the road, fighting for the win!
Our experienced trainers, including Milk Race Stage Winner Rob Holden, will provide you with tips to keep your body positioning in place, your pedal stroke smooth and your eye fixed on the prize. By simulating the obstacles faced on the road, this session will improve your endurance, enhance your recovery and build overall leg strength. (Duration 56 minutes)
We developed 3LC Ladies Road Race after being asked by many women who compete in road racing, sportives, time trials and mountain bike events to do something for them. We listened and came up with a session specific to fit your needs.
